• Activity data: Bets placed, challenges sent, friends added, coins earned
• Device info: Device type and browser for push notification delivery
• Usage data: How you interact with the app to improve the experience

2. How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Run your account and enable core features (bets, challenges, leaderboards)
• Send push notifications about your bets and friends' activity (if enabled)
• Improve the app based on how it's used
• Prevent fraud and maintain fair play

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising targeting
• We do not share your data except as required by law

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication), hosted in the United States. Firebase's security practices are described at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

5. Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to deliver alerts about your bets and friends. You can disable this at any time in Settings.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Update your profile information at any time in the app
• Delete your account by contacting us through the app's Support section
• Request a copy of your data by contacting us

7. Children

Stacked is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app.
